    i think the fact it say "for display purpose only" at the bottom corner of the cover should be a dead giveaway......maybe thats just me....

    It isn't the cover.. Just a box art they made. Sometimes they post covers similar to that when games are about to be released. One example would be the Halo 3 preview cases they have at EB Games. Also as mentioned above the box says "for display purposes only".
