can someone please tell me what it means, when it says

i dont understand what that means

Best stage yet in my opinion!

I loved the idea of this stage, but I hated the moving stages in Melee, especially that freakin' Pokemon one.

I really hope we get more normal stages. Almost all of them have some hazard. The only ones that we don't are battlefield, delfino, yoshi's island, lylat cruise, smashville, rumble falls, skyworld. One or two normal stages like Final Destination would be nice.

Did anyone else think (after reading the title and getting a glimpse of the pictures) this was going to be a 'create-your-own' stage via the wii-remote/DS pen?

I am disappointed now. I'm sorry for assuming this game was supposed to be revolutionary, Sakurai.

I thought that. But everyone would just try and fill in the whole course, wouldn't they?

I would love it if we could make our own. It would be one of my most-used aspects of the game, no doubt.

Possiblity that they could run out of ink after a few seconds, so then no noobs will try and fill in the whole course... But, team efforts? Hm... It could work, though.
