If you were to fight the n64 link vs. GCN link vs. Young Link vs, Brawl Link. Is that even a fair challenge? Brawl would win hands down.

The FSA is too big a factor in matches to even consider the idea of the older sprite winning. The only way that GCN sprites could possibly stand a chance is with Wavedash.

So the theory was a good try but execution of such a feature would really screw up the game.

thats the point, wouldnt u be embaressed if i beat u with the N64 link against the Brawl link? for some people they may like particular styles better than others. like for example the N64 luigi vs GCN luigi...or the GCN fox may end up being better overall than the Brawl fox...minus the final smash. and for the sake of this mode the FSA may/can be turned off

u gotta remember the lag in some of the N64 attacks is not even present.
example: Dk's air intercept attack is instant vs GCN Dk where it takes a second to exucute an takes some recovery time

what about the fact that melee is faster than brawl, the pacing is just quicker.

yes thats the point. and N64 is even faster. but GCN has better attacks as far as juggling and range. but if u go back and play N64 u notice the attacks are stronger. for example N64 kirby would POUNCE GCN kirby anyday, FACT. and in my opinon fox on N64 is better than GCN in terms of strength.

hmm. all im sayin is between N64, GCN and Brawl there are major differences in range,strength and speed of the attacks that a SKILLED player can take advantage of, so it'd be a fun mode to put this into play.

btw anyone think its possible Brawls 3rd party charchter could be the Harvestmoon guy? all of his games have been on nintendo minus 2. i could see this happening. i'd perfer megaman but.....

I wouldn't mind him, but he would only use tools as weapons, and if we want a tool character we would get some one from Animal crossing.

i think he could have a good moveset. i bet if it isnt megaman its him. nobody else has a life on nintendo like these 2. plus with a new harvest moon coming to wii its possible. bet that'll be a update within the next 2 weeks. (U HEARD IT FROM ME 1ST)
