I'm guessing they are on there because those are the characters that can use that sticker. Stickers are probably Character-specific.

No, it means Sakurai's following the character designs created by the actual team, don't whine about Sheik's hair in Brawl, it's not Sakurai's fault. Besides, Sheik would look stupid with brown hair. And it's still part of the disguise, so it makes sense that the hair would be different from Zelda's normal hair.

Look at Saki Amamiya. Blond hair, uber dark game.
And the protaganists from several other dark games have blond hair, I really don't see why it's a problem...

Because the highlighted sticker is from the Kirby franchise...and voila! All three stickers are of playable characters from that very same franchise!!!

The only part I can't figure out is if that means only they can use it, or if it's just for reference...
