well you my friend would want to go to http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/characters/index.html for a list of characters that have been confirmed of course their are many more but you will have to wait and see... welcome to the forums i hope i have helped im sure a few more members may post some speculated lists for you to have a look at...

but keep in mind that's not all the characters, and there's going to be secret ones once you get the game(all the characters that i mentioned above are secret, as well as snake and sonic)
