tier wise? Toon is best of those 3.

but really, you should just pick the character you are best with not who the tier list says is best. i've been to plenty of tournaments and trust me, this is the best advice you can get. too many noobs at tourneys see Meta is the top so they pick him thinking they're untouchable. i mostly use Kirby or Olimar depending on the opponent and i rarely lose to the so called top character. in the end its all about your skill versus thier skill, so pick the character you're best with to raise your chances.
