Does anyone else find this incredibly boring?

I'm on my 20th star and I kinda lost interest. The battle rock Galaxy put me to sleep. Does it get better?

I did get bored around 40ish. But then one weekend I managed to get up to 110. But I haven't played it since, not because I'm bored but because some of the stars are ****ing hard.

Great game.

I don't know what I was thinking when I stopped playing it the first time round.

I just beat Bowser's Star Reactor and the game got A LOT better. I honestly would have killed myself If I had stopped playing. DON"T STOP!

I guess its just not your type of game. I personally couldn't put it down until i beat the whole thing.

I've been playing Nintendo games all of my life. I love super Mario games.
But Super Mario Galaxy is just so boring. I played the first 2 levels and it's just so lame. Why was it reviewed so amazingly everywhere?
Im not trying to start arguments so don't backfire with insults.
Im just curious of why I find it so boring?

I have 53 stars and I thought things were just gonna get better. so far I think its a big step for platformers. Anyone else trying to make a platformer deffinatly just had their bar raised. I'm not suprised its gotten dust laying around though its a long damn game
