    How do you get the blue Flopside tunnel?

    How do you get the blue Flopside tunnel? I saw in a video walkthrough you can get the meatball looking guy to build a short cut tunnel between flopside and flipside. I went to the spot he was in the video and flipped to 3d but he was not there.

    Can someone please tell me how to get him to appear? TIA

    Nvm I figured it out. I was looking in the wrong place. The blue tunnel in flopside appears next to the fortune teller's house.
