Buying other regons game?

and this guy bought game from the uk he lives in New zeland. just wondring if it is true? and if it will work?

It'll work, but you lose any Wii points you currently have when you switch country, so if intend to do that wait until you have 0 points. Why would you want to switch anyway? For the most part you North Americans have it better than everyone except Japan.

EDIT: I found out North Americans can't switch it to PAL regions or Japan anyway.

It only works if your are in the same region. The UK and New Zealand are quite obviously within the same region hence he can do that. You can;t however buy inter-region games, although you can download inter-country games however available games do not vary as much as inter-region lists do.
