    SMB Lost Levels

is this the exact replica of the all star version besides the updated graphics?

my friend told me this was the actual lost levels as in, it is different than the all star version. i beat the all star version, i was thinking on getting the one on the VC. is there truly any differences besides graphics?

    thx all

Same graphics like the origonal mario bros for snes. This was only released in Japan because it was believed to be to hard for Americans.
I actually had some trouble adjusting to the game but after about an hour i beat it. The game plays tricks with your mindz.

I'm probably in the minority, but I was REALLY hoping for the All-Stars versions of Lost Levels and SMB3 for the graphics. Apart from the nostalgia value of the old 8 bit graphics, the All-Stars versions were much easier on the eyes.

Super Mario All Stars is still among the greatest bargains in gaming history.
