    Why is Virtual Console not part of metacritic ratings?



    It has been bothering me for while. Anyone care to explain.

    The point of reviewing them = ???

    Some games just haven't aged very well. In addition, there aren't a lot reviews during these times. Also, some games are modified. Some haven't even been released outside of Japan. There is still a place for reviews.

    Well, Metacritic only collects the reviews from other sites together and those don't seem to be interested in reviewing VC games.

    this is the exact reason why. why reveiw a game that was already reveiw years ago? the game hasn't changed a bit so why should a new reveiw be needed?

    but for the games that were formally japan only, a small reveiw would be nice.


    EDIT: just not on metcritic, they suck
