What is so terrible about it that you denied it at least .9?
Dont see why the .8 makes such a colossal difference to you.
(Was actually reffering to adding .9 to make a whole number)
The fact that there is a "point-something" means you took something into consideration and rated it lower because of that.
Or maybe I was going to give it an 8, but I gave it an extra .1 as a bonus.
This is really a half full or half empty situation.
My decimal answers really dont mean much.
