There's such a thing as gourmet burgers, Trago. The only burger that's plain is everythin' from ye olde low-quality fast food joints or ones homemade that lack the touch of a real chef. In the realm of higher quality burgers, a good sauce and/or passel of seasonings helps thoroughly diversify flavor. Add in the higher echelon of top-quality beef and proper cookin' of said patty and you've got yourself a damn-good burger.
Too much, then? Hahaha.
