Disney Interactive Studios has today announced that its intriguing and fun-looking family party-mystery game will be released exclusively for the Nintendo Wii on July 27th 2010. In the game, players take on the role of sleuths from the world-famous Dickens Detective Agency as they attempt to solve a series of crimes and identify the “guilty party”. Use the Wii Remote to collect clues and interrogate suspects via pick-up-and-play mini-games, then, when you feel that you’ve got enough evidence to make a convincing case, you can identify the guilty party and sole the case.
The game is designed to be very family friendly – you can either play alone, or with up to four people, in head-to-head gameplay, or team up in cooperative modes to solve the case. The fun mini-games involve you using your Wii Remote as a lock pick, a flashlight, and so on. The game also has a built-in replayability factor, with each level having a different ending every time you play it. Looks good – liking the screenshots.
