Although in all seriousness, I'm sure someone somewhere is doing a game like this. I've been working within the games industry for a while now and ideas like this are more typical than you'd think, especially in today's climate of sandbox gaming. I'm sure it will come along eventually...

...although I'm more than willing to lend a hand to developers for story related design

I think we also could possibly drop into the soup; so to speak; is that it isn't only games that will be in development - hardware will evolve and firmware updates will increase responsiveness, let's not forget that Nintendo has been working with this technology for a while now and have released it at a pretty good stage but it's not perfect of course and surely they must be continuing R&D on the sensory side of the Wii's amazing control interface. (just as an aside - I am still playing after a full months day to day play and I am STILL amazed & astonished by the control system...this goes for all my games!! WOW is what I say)

Third parties are coming out with Wiimote USB recharging docking stations for around the £25 price point....super! Now that has happened after a month or so, wireless sensor bars are next - very handy as I play with a dvd projector.

Nintendo has unleashed a baby which will grow in creativeness with software and hardware growing into the anti-red headed stepchild of the games industry!!! (ie nice and you like it when they come to visit)

Wii already has games coming out which innovate on the current Redsteel type of control system (The Godfather), if the trailer has anything to go by (bites top lip! ) - this does look related to Corey's blockbuster (if you get the go ahead, I may get that 20 out of you yet)


Whilst the mini-game era will no doubtedly run and run as the Japnese taste seems to adore them and ultimately will see the Western light of day now we have a kick ass control system suited to them - innovation will prevail from the likes of 3rd party devs(and Nintendo themselves) - a bold statment but going on the games in development then can it not?!? (bites lower lip!).

Man, the future's so bright I'm going out to buy some big Elton John glasses with a Dame Edna Everage trim - that's how confident I am in the Wii!!!!!LOL
