Just experienced Ninja Gaiden and Half Life 2 for the first time

I was so hyped to play Ninja Gaiden Black and Half-Life 2 but after actually playing both, I just felt kind of ...eh.

The camera system in Black is just screwed, it's a good game and all but the camera ruins it. Half Life was fun for a little while. But the Xbox version sucks I guess.

I feel kind of crappy becuase I've been waiting to play these two for a couple years now, and when I finally do, I'm let down. How did each of these games get such good reviews?

ninja gaiden is an awesome game. i dont really see how you cant like it. i could never get enough of it lol. as for Half-Life2, i have the PC version and i think its awesome. im not too far but from what i played it is a great game. usually games made for PC that are ported to a console arnt the best though
