Analog and aiming

I am hopping you all might be able to share some of your aiming tips . I at times find it very tricky to aim with the analog stick . I find it to jerky and difficult to aim at times . What are some of the different tactics you use to aim without going all over the place ?

go to the options and put the sensitivity at 1. if its too slow, move it up 1. keep moving this up until you feel it is JUST right (in your case get it so its a little too slow for you (just a LITTLE.)). practice shooting while still (assault rifle) then once you think you have that down practice moving while shooting. keep working your way up, once you feel the sensitivity is too slow move it up 1.
