Help!!

k i've got almost all the skulls now, but the only one i can't get is the first one. i play on legendary and when i pick up the skull it won't activate the achievement for some reason. does anyone know what the problem could be and how to fix it??

Do you have the skull? Not all the skulls have achievements.

nah i don't have it. i even checked when i pressed x. it says im missing and the first skull should be iron and that is on the achievement list
