remotes not working

We tried to sync a new remote tonight and now neither of the remotes are working?? Not a complete technophobic - but close to!!!! Can anyone help??? Pleasssssse? KR

first of all stay calm, that happens to me sometimes :S hehe well turn the wii on then press the red sync button and keep it pressed then press the one in the wii-remote keep it like that for about 3 seconds then release the lights should blink and stop then just one light should be lit.

That should work i think :P

Have put new batteries in the new remote and the old remote is only 2 weeks old and has not had much use???? thanks though for suggestion

If you can't get it to work, get out a video camera, start filming, throw your wiimote at your Wii, and send the video to wiihaveaproblem
