XBOX owners konw that a big delays can complicate things, that as happened with Halo 2 (they messed up with the storyline). But there's always good delays. Those are the delays that Wii owners need.

I'm fairly happy to wait as long as I have some other killer titles to keep me busy. I also still need to make time to finish off Echoes so the delay does make that task a bit easier.

i'm going to keep this true, plain and simple:
1.Metroid 3 comes out June 1st, with Smash Bros Brawl
2. It includes online play, (thats why it was delayed.)
3. Rumor is you can play as a space pirate, or a federal soldier (samus's people or watever) or a samus when playing online.
4. A rumor but also kinda true; u can use the so-called "wii headset" while playin online to talk to others.
i read this from Miyamoto, Sakurai, and that group who did Metroid DS. (i forgot their name)

We need a link or some sort of proof that this is true. Don't go around making up rumors. Also you have to remember to keep things in context. Reggie Fils-Aime said recently that we should not expect the game until after June at the earliest.

I also think the delay is to add in several things...maybe online although if Nintendo didn't have it in there before you have to wonder what they're thinking about over there. Did they honestly not know that a lot of us would love this game to have Online and are just realizing that fact?

should be excellent, but i wont lie, im not exactly "waiting" for its release, ill get around to buying it around a month after release. ill see how the game turns out.

If MP3 had online play what would it be like? I'm curious what people would expect of online play in a MP series. MP2 had a multiplayer option and there was nothing about it that made it seem all that great. I mean, hasn't the online shoot 'em up been done enough?

optimistic, but 100% wrong without a doubt. Nintendo has officially stated that pokemon would be the first game to be released on the wii to have online functionality. Pokemon comes out on June 25th, which is confirmed. Now think that through a bit and see where you went wrong.

yea, i know wat ur sayin, since the first online game is june 25th, how can there be online games before that? BUT, the thing is, they will implement it later on. and by the way, ya can go to gamestop.com, and look at brawl and metroid, and u will see that it comes out in 6/1/07, both of them. but later ill post where SAKURAI AND MIYAMOTO THEMSELVES confirm june 1st AND THEY BOTH WILL INCLUDE ONLINE PLAY.

i'm very much hoping that you have a credible link. but the whole gamestop thing, they just put 6/1/07 because they don't know when its coming out. thats why it says so many games are coming out that day. but post that other link if you can find it.

read the 6th paragraph where it practically says hes working on the online brawl. ya need to stop jumpin on people when they say somethin, man. while ya tryin to sound so smart and pro-ish, ur makin an opportunity to be proved wrong, like what just happened now.
and plus, it says in like a bunch of game informers that brawl and metroid will come out in the summer time, so u cant get mad at me cause i only said wat i read. i saw a bunch of things that say "early summer" (could be june 1st) "june 1st",(it actually says june 1st) or "summer 2007. so really the only thing u can conclude about that is, JUNE 1ST.

Don't kid yourself....you won't find any links on any credible sites to anything you're saying. SSBB = TBA, as well as MP3. And it's impossible, once more, impossible to add online after the game has been released, unless they released a whole new set of discs with the online written in to its code.

Also, if you find the links to gamestop, no one gives a damn would be my bet. Gamespot is the most un-trusting game site on the web...and if you find the Miyamoto/Sakurai quote, it'll probably have been recorded back in 2006 and is outdated by now.

My God, it's hard not to flame you....here's the deal. Your links, as I previously thought in my last edit, are outdated. Almost everything stated at the E3 convention last year is absolutely wrong, as far as dates go.

When did anyone say SSBB won't have online? Of course it'll have online.

I'm not even going to comment on the rest of your post, I don't want to start the bad-mouthing. I will say this though, you are utterly wrong on everything you've said, stop dumbing down the population of this website.

Until Nintendo puts out an official press release with the actual date, everything else is just rumor. Comments made a trade show 6 months before the Wii was even released don't count either. Things can and have changed. And stores often put placeholder dates on their websites when an official date is not known, so those can't be trusted either.



And learn to communicate like a human, it'll help you later in life. Trust me.
