My internet is Fudged

Hey people
i was just wondering well i need your help
for some reason my internet is farked
whenever i try to access a site - any site other then google it has a hard time loading it and then it doesn't start so any reason why?

that happens to me from time to time. try unplugging your modem for about 2 min and then plugging it back in.

Spyware, addware, virus checks

Yeah, we have to use one of those sticks, so our internet flickers if used too much. Yesterday, I couldn't get on here at ALL.

I have rogers high speed - err dunno what kind of internet specifically but i have that broadband modem from motorola the black one. Anywho yea i've done the usual checks for antiviruses and spyware and such. None

you have to go to control panel and then delete temporary internt files. Then restart the computer.

Yeah, my old computer had Netgear, but there were too many cookies on it and it takes 2 hours to get off or it will restart every 5 seconds.
