I've argued Luigi's sexuality in a few forums but some people are doubtful. So I give you a fanart picture that I think says a lot about this topic *vomits*. And here is some insites from Kotaku.com:

Luigi isnt gay... he is more gay than mario ... but he isnt gay. Its not like this was drawn by nintendo... it was drawn for a fanbased comic. And whoever drew that is seriously f'ed up in the head...

I recently completed the new super mario bros on my ds lite, and i played as luigi, and at the VERY end, daisy kisses him, and luigi goes red in the face.
He isnt gay, nintendo is aimed at children aswell! and they wouldnt put a gay character in.
