Been using it for 24hours and no problems whatesoever.

It's not so much a hack or exploit but just some optimizing. FF has allows you to make so many configuration changes these tips just help make use of the more advanced features which help speed up the general tasks of the browser

yup i notice a difference, its not to much faster since it was already blazing for me, but it makes it on level with AOL Explorer (which is the fastest browser on my comp, even though i uninstalled it)
