Well, for a while now, When i open my microsoft office applications, it appears all in grey! Not in the fancy new blue colours :P It looks like something from windows 98!! Its finally done my head in, and i need a little help on how to fix it! Ive tried everything that i know of! I just cant get it back.

I've reinstalled many times, i cant find anything in control panel which offers to change it, and yeahp, it only happens with microsoft office, im sure theres a setting i have somehow hanged somewhere, it was even like this before i upgraded to office 2007.
Any ideas?
