You have to be able to look up as far as you can while at the same time partially closing your eyes. And as stated before, unless you're dead or have something really wrong with your eyes, they're not really rolling up into your head, it just looks that way.

I wouldn't want to, besides it gives you a headache and sometimes if you don't do it correctly it can be stuck in that position.

i would advice against it because it has been proven medically that long periods of this act can result in permanent position locking. in other words, it will simply become stuck.

i can do a few weird things with my eyes, but not roll them into my head lol
