Well, I've just started using Objectdock. I have to say it does look great.. And it does remind me of Mac.
Wondering if anybody could help me out though...
Is there any way of me launching an application without bringing back my normal XP start bar?
Thanks in advance.

You just have to add the application to the Objectbar. Right click on an empty space and select Add > New Shortcut

Use rocketdock if you're using XP.
I have Mac OSX.4.9 so obviously I already have the dock.
It's nice.

You can simply drag the application shortcut to the dock and you can launch your programs from there. There is even a start bar docklet that you can use to add the start menu to your dock.
ObjectDock 1.6 is in beta and is nearing release.

I am seriously not happy. Downloaded Objectdock yesterday, and today decided to clear up my desktop, and put all the stuff onto objectdock. Though, I had folder called 'Crap' in which I dumped all the random rubbish in there and put it up the top on the ObjectDock toolbar thing. Now when I click on the folder, half the stuff that was in there, isn't anymore?! It had pictures of me and my mates, music, homework and even the temporary sig I may have used for the SOTW. (buncha psds. too). Now, I did a search of the folder, and I found some of the pictures that were there in the search, which I'm not happy about as I couldn't find the rest. I've checked almost everywhere, and no luck. Any ideas? I'm really pissed tbh.

I havn't the foggiest what You've done, but I don't think you can Blame Objectdock. You may have just been at fault somewhere.

Weeeellll, I've searched everywhere. And the only way it could of surely been deleted is if I delete it from the Recycle Bin - which it never entered. Yet, when I search the whole of my Laptop for any of the things, it fails to find them. Pfff.. so annoying.
