I do parkour and tricking! i'm more of a frontflip and backflip guy.Though i can do a wall flip.wall spins are aslo pretty fun.
basically a wall spin is where you run at a wall in a diagonal line
then jump into the wall with your palms facing downwards
look over your shoulder to where you are landing
and flick you legs over
land on your feet
its basically a side flip with your hands on the wall
if anyone want to know anything, feel free to ask.

ok...
1. run at the wall at a steady pace
2. start to lean back when you weak foot hits the wall
3. kick hard with your strong foot and lean back liek you are doing a backtuck
4. land on feet
i would advise doing it at a gym where they teach you properly and it will be a safe landing even if you muck up. i basically taught myself everything i knwo but i train with people who know what they are doing. also i go to a gym now.
if you try it and hurt yourself dont pin the blame on me

nah, ive done it for 1 year
between you and me ( and now everyone on this forum ) i used to be a fat shit before i done parkour/tricking
i have increased so much muscle, stamina , confidence, agility from doing it
try it, it keeps you fit and healthy
