I need MOOOre help

srry about posting again but I thought i had solved my problem of getting online with my ds but it turns out I am getting wireless interference from my neighbours. I beleive there are tenants in the house next to mine because I have had as many as 5 networks messing with mine Is there any way I can get rid of the interference??

Install network stumbler on your computer and find the channel with the weakest signal and change your device to that channel.

Edit: Wanted to clarify. Find the channel that is farthest away from the two weakest signals.
