I find that urban legends can be interesting, and wanted to see what urban legends the people here on wiichat have heard.
So post any urban legends you may know, being crazy, funny, true or undetermined ones.

Here is one I find to be pretty funny.

Mountain Dew kills sperm.
I think that one is false though, hopefully

My favorite has always been the "don't buy gas on [this day] and you can lower gas prices," or "don't buy gas from this provider."
They're totally bogus. I've seen it a lot on Facebook. I've even had stubborn friends debate with me until I show them snopes, and they still don't really believe me, no matter how wrong they realize they are.
