If its from a noob sure. Sovietos farewell thread is different considering his join date, number of posts and the quality of discussion
If Wiichat moderators allowed posting of all topics like the other Wii forums and used their power appropriately I am sure Sovieto wouldn't be leaving.
Instead the site is geared more and more to meaningless chatter between pokenerds and smash brothers updates.
