The ZR1's basic stats:
[ These aren't quite the final specs from what I'm hearing, but close!]
* All-new LS9 supercharged 6.2L V-8 targeted at producing at least 100 horsepower per liter, or 620 horsepower (462 kW), and approximately 595 lb.-ft. of torque (823 Nm)
* Six-speed, close-ratio, race-hardened manual transmission
* New, high-capacity dual-disc clutch
* Higher-capacity and specific-diameter axle half-shafts; enhanced torque tube
* Specific suspension tuning provides more than 1g cornering grip
* Twenty-spoke 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels
* Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires - P285/30ZR19 in front and P335/25ZR20 in the rear - developed specifically for the ZR1
* Standard carbon-ceramic, drilled disc brake rotors - 15.5-inch-diameter (394-mm) in the front and 15-inch-diameter (380-mm) in the rear
* Larger brake calipers with substantially increased pad area
* Standard Magnetic Selective Ride Control with track-level suspension
* Wider, carbon-fiber front fenders with ZR1-specific dual vents
* Carbon-fiber hood with a raised, polycarbonate window - offering a view of the intercooler below it
* Carbon-fiber roof panel, roof bow, front fascia splitter and rocker moldings with clear-coated, exposed carbon-fiber weave
* ZR1-specific full-width rear spoiler with raised outboard sections
* Specific gauge cluster with boost gauge (also displayed on the head-up display) and 220-mph (370 km/h) speedometer readout
* Only two options: chrome wheels and a "luxury" package
* Curb weight of approximately 3,350 pounds (1,519 kg)
It's making 440 lb/ft of torque @ 1600 RPM (PD superchargers are sick for making power on the bottom end). Some guy who's very anonymous and who correctly predicted the engine specs, shocks and carbon usage says the final number +may+ be SAE rated at 635HP and 605TQ (which even with the weight gain would make an insane power-to-weight ratio).

So you live your life a 15 second 1/4 mile at a time?
If you did actually install your own door conversion that's semi-impressive as most of the kits I've seen are only about 75% "bolt on" (they usually require lots of trimming/cutting, and endless hours of alignment work). Nice job.
Lambo, yeah, not my cup of tea, but I guess that's a respectable financial target - a guy right around the corner from me has a yellow Gallardo (I pipe him coming home sometimes, he always gives me a thumbs up ) The folks that moved in right next to him have a Lotus TT V8, pretty interesting (though looking terribly dated).

Well it can't be too old, production started in 2003 on the G. Maybe you're thinking of something else? (or is an '03 old from your perspective )

Yeah, there's some amazing classic stuff - we go about every other year to the Concours d'Elegance (we designed website several years back with Mercedes) at Amelia Island. Some incredible "pre-modern" European cars on display from Lamborghini, Maserati, Bugatti, etc.

If you're sure it's a Lamborghini, then it might be a Lamborghini Miura (S) from 1966 - 1973. If not, it could be a Lamborghini Countach (1974–1990).

That's what I was thinking, more along the lines of the Countach, but who knows.
DT the ZR-1 looks amazing. Definitely better looking than the first models with the shaker looking hood. I am definitely looking forward to seeing those on the road. How much were they thinking about selling those for, wasn't it around 100k?
