Colleges don't have enough space, usually. I know a huge empty space in the middle of Liverpool used as a hall wouldn't go down very well, so ours are usually in theatres and whatnot, and away from noise.

For having an attractive bitch side, you're too nice.
Ahh fair enough, mine are all in sports halls and assembly halls in my college. I'm pretty lucky that my college is slowly taking over the town it's in, it's had 3 new buildings in the last three years. Their currently building a theatre which has spoilt the view from my photography class =/
I think exam boards purposely scatter exam vanues as far away as possible.
Luckily for me mine are [usually] always in either a maths related building, or the sports hall. Although the one I had the other day was in a chemistry building, but it was only 5 minutes away. My mate in JMU, his exams are in Aintree. What is the point in that?
Oh and aren't you in Liverpool Community College? Near Geisha?

I hated stats! In sixth form, we nearly got the teacher sacked due to his shocking teaching ability. So after two-thirds of the year we didn't know anything, and had to learn the whole syllabus in the rest of the year with another teacher - to be fair he did very well, and so did the class. In uni last year, the stats lecturer was a joke, an absolute joke. Everyone failed or scraped through.
This is what I'm thinking now:
-Wow, I am (was) actually revising!
-This exam shouldn't be too hard
-I agree with Napalmbrain, I also hate having exams in the morning
