So much more time you could spend thinking about girl problems.
If you choose to wait for her than just don't let her get in your way of being happy while waiting.
The last thing you want is to waste your time depressed, trust me been there done that for 2 1/2 years and it did nothing good for me.
Remember that the most things you want in life require patience.

Exactly. If you're pursuing a *complete* real relationship, I'd expect you too. If you just wanted to keep it as an Internet based thing, I'd think it was less real.

The specific poster I replied to said "Internet Relationship" - I think a real relationship goes beyond that. You're doing that. I don't see a conflict or issue. Everyone is happy ~n~ slappy

i try to do that...but it never fails for me to realize how much i want a relationship...sooo it turns to me always thinking of it. its not so much just the one girl. but the fact that i just want to be with a girl, and since everytime i do like someone it always seems to never go right for me. it just seems like that'll never change...

The way DT sees it is that because you two don't see each other physically it's not a complete relationship. At least that's what I think he means.
But because you guys are working on it, then there's nothing to worry about.

It sounds like you just pick a relationship jsut to be comfortable. There's not many people in the world you could spend the rest of your life with.

You just have to give it time because patience is the key to everything.

if i just picked a relationship to be comfortable that seems like something someone whos always in a relationship would do...but im not like that. lol the biggest relationship i had was in 6th grade! lollll. and i dont even wanna explain that one. i ended up dumping her. for ABOSLUTLEY no reason at all. and it was probably the worst decision of my life....i regret it to this day.

i wanna be with a girl. idk. its hard to explain. i would say just to be happy. but then i sound like a chronically depressed person. but no. i cant really explain it. i just wanna be in a relationship. im not saying it has to be with the girl ill be with for the rest of my life. just someone i can really care about. and know that someone feels that same way back. and hey if it lasts forever. then its an added bonus! lol

I never understood this either. If you don't want to spend forever with your current girlfriend, why would you be with her still?
