-My parents are idiots
-I've not posted in here a lot
-I'm so happy she told them
-Christmas is so far away
-I'm hungry, I need some chicken.
-Why does it seem like I'm more worried about her work than I am?

politics isn't a dem. vs. rep. game. it's about what the guy who is running stands for. i mean, if you look at the candidates that are running (rep. or dem.) they all basically support the same thing except for ron paul.

Barack Obama voted against the use of force in Iraq.
Hillary Clinton famously says "If I knew then what I know now, I would have made a different decision." Meaning, she would've voted with Barack.
John Edwards openly admits he was wrong to support the use of force in Iraq.
I think you can conclude from that little tidbit of information, that none of the 3 leading democrats fundamentally support the war...
The general consensus among Republican candidates is that the war is being horribly mismanaged (especially between 2003-2006), but is making slow progress. They have slightly differing strategies on "how to win", but...yeah.

All of the Democrats would begin withdrawing troops a few batallions at a time, as soon as humanly possible. They're all finally convinced an immediate withdrawl would be counterproductive though. The current administration made too much of a mess to just up and leave. :\ |

oh really? wow, never heard that. umm, can i get a link to a place where say this? i want to look into it right now. and why don't they just completely withdraw as soon as possible? i mean, isn't something like 60 to 75 percent of the people here oppose the war? i mean, if that's so, why don't we pull out already? it's not like we need a new president to listen to us.
