Daniel Craig does NOT look "James Bond" to me. What the hell happened to Pierce Brosnan? He isn't THAT old yet man. At least he had the "James Bond" look and atitude. I dunno man, I haven't seen the flick so I can't judge.
This one sounds good. Tells the story of how Bond got is License to Kill.

yeah, it should have a great story, and as far as Daniel Craig goes, I think we should all give him a chance. He has played some good roles in the past so why can't he do 007? We'll just have to wait and see

I have to say, when ever i think of Bond, its always Peirce then maybe Shaun Connery. This new guy looks a bit queer, but as Ezekiel pointed out, we should give this new guy a chance. But still, i think it will be difficult to adapt to this new guy.

Yeah man, Shaun Conery was the frigg'n MAN. Pierce did a really great job at filling the Bonds shoes. I am definitely open to see what the new guy can bring to the amazing series... let's just hope the video games get better.
They are using the same M, so I don't see why they couldn't use Pierce other than him not wanting to do another (God would only know why not). But in the trailers the new guy doesn't do too bad it seems, and I'm glad they are going withthe story of how bond became a 00...
It has a certain change in style, more gritty (couple of laughs tho), more realistic.
Definetly the way the series needed to go as the last ones just seemed to far-fetched (eg bond carrying woman in arms shoots 500 soldiers while outruning ball of fire)
Bond also looks as if he actually can die, and there are some pretty horrible moments which will make you cringe (one involving a chair thats all im gonna say)
Much better than the 2 previous bond's and totally different style from the other bonds (except maybe license to kill)
Also some scenes with women are seriously hot. You thought they were before, wait till now.
I cant compare him to Sean Connery (greatest ever bond, and hes scottish ) because daniel craig takes it in a totally new direction

Your right he might not have the right personality for Bond, but who cares?
Its a great movie and much better than the last two ones which were dire if you ask me (last good one was goldeneye)
Pierce left because he didn't want to do any more Bond films. He said he didn't want to end up being typecasted. He said that he would only do another Bond film if some guy (I forget the name) could direct it. The big wigs said no, so we waved goodbye to Pierce.
As for Casino Royale - amazing! Well worth seeing. It's far better than the last 3 Bond films put together.

Pierce was my favorite Bond with Connery just after him. This new Bond was really good...the movie wasn't 'great' but it was good. I'd see it again but not buy it on dvd or anything...My favorite of all time was GoldenEye of course though
