Holy Hell! That's amazing, actual *NEW* development for the MCD!
Quite a conundrum too - retro...but brand new releases...
I'm going to have to go with not retro. So the playing field for current gen has expanded to:
Wii vs. PS3 vs. X360 vs. Sega Mega CD
I can't wait for the threads:
"Will Mega CD look good on my HDTV?"
"What's better PS3 or Mega CD?"
"Does Crysis run on my Mega CD?"

Its a bugger getin my Mega drive to work on my masive TV :(
It dosent like any games console in the areil socket (Is that like its pooper ?)
Damn it I wanted to play my Jaguar on it it wont even get a signal
Mega CD is better than the PS3
It has some consoole exculsives
Plus the discs are shinyer
