The waffles thing is funny since we had them this morning - one of our favorite and still healthy B-Fasts:

Kashi whole wheat waffles
Blueberries
Fresh cinnamon

So from that, beyond being delicious:

No transfats
Whole wheat
No HFCS
Omega 3's (almonds)
Fiber
Iron
Several vitamins and anti-oxs from the BB's

I do not want clingy, it would just uh...I just couldn't roll with it. I definitely don't want some one to worship me, I just want some one to love and respect me as much as I love and respect them *Stole form Skorp*.

I definitely like the Independence of her but her own time, I'd still like her to be able to make time as I would try to also make time for her.

We had one that you could actually feel in February I believe. Not sure if Wales was affected as much as the UK.

Some times if I just have a bad vibe, my area isn't that bad so most of the time no I'm not apprehensive about going out side after dark.
