(If I'm reading the question right (Stong and fat/weak and thin))...

Indefinitely? I guess I would have to go with fit. I wouldn't be able to stand being fat for so long.

In any other situation DEFINITELY strong. My body type makes cutting almost too easy, its just getting there that is the problem. If I had to cut 50 lbs of pure fat I can guarantee you I could do it in less than a month.
