Can you say that you're addicted to anything? Is it a bad addiction or a good addiction? Do you think you could quit? Have you tried?
Adderall and Seroquel.
Adderall is a bad AND good addiction. I pop it like Tic Tacs. I quit before, with the help of Anthony actually, but I'm back on it.
It's bad because I obviously take WAY more than I should, I run out of a 2 month prescription in 3 weeks and then I'm pretty screwed. I do need to take it though, for concentration and energy.
Seroquel, good addiction. Without it I'd be too ****ed up to function, so, yay for Seroquel!
Oh, also extremely addicted to teh intarwebz. Good addiction in my opinion, I'd probably be into some harmful shit without it. I don't think I could quit and I don't plan on ever trying.
I have a very addictive personality, I get addicted to things and people very easily. I have my share of addictions but none are so bad that I can't quit if I needed to. Perhaps I haven't reached the first step of admitting I have a problem though

I'd say I'm addicted to marijuana. It wouldn't say its a good addiction but it isn't too bad. I could quit and I have to quit whenever probation sends me a letter in the mail. I have quit on my own for months easily, I just don't really want to right now because I'm in a very boring situation.

What are your views on re-marrying? I just saw this show on tv and there was a lady that was widowed at 23. I had never really thought of it before.
If you're married, have you already talked about this to your spouse? Would anyone here tell their spouse that they aren't allowed? If you had never talked about it before your spouse died, would you re-marry?
This is all assuming that you find someone equally as great as your first spouse, not a spur-of-the-moment marriage.
Interesting question Levesque, I'd say it depends on the person who was widowed. Some people just don't feel like they could be in a relationship again after losing their spouse. Others find it hard to live alone. I would say I'd want my wife to do whatever made her happy if I wasn't around to dote upon her any longer.
If there are kids involved it might be in the best interest of the kids to replace the missing parent, not that you should do it for the kids if you don't want to yourself, but I'm sure that is also a consideration.
True dat, but its still a matter of preference whether you choose to take another partner or not. I have an uncle who passed away from a heart attack at an early age, my aunt has never remarried and doesn't plan to despite encouragement from family.

I don't think I could. If she wanted to, I don't really care anymore.

You have accomplished a difficult task and hear someone else taking the credit. How do you deal with the situation?
That all depends on how great this task is. If everyone is impressed by this "someone" doing it, then I'd try to find evidence against him to prove him wrong. Though if it's something that no one really cares about, then I'll let it go.
