Question: Do you address people by their first name, or Mr/Mrs/Miss-Surname?

I address people by actually calling them "Miss" or "Sir". I cannot be arsed saying "Mr._____" or "Mrs.______", so I use the above until I'm given permission to use first names. It's just how I was raised, it's not because I genuinely respect authority. It's hard to respect authority when 90/100 times you're clearly intellectually superior to whoever it is, isn't it?
My idea of an ideal day?
Being with the love of your life, doing excessive amounts of shopping, going to one or two fabulous restaurants throughout the day (and by fabulous, I DO NOT mean posh), a pop concert, cake, videogames, talking, kissing, photographing each other, and amazing unconventional sex in random places.

It depends. I normally use titles if the person is a "superior" in some sense (e.g. a boss), or if I don't know the person. I don't really have a simple rule to it.

I don't think I've ever called anyone "Mr/Mrs ____" apart from when referring to a teacher to another teacher in school, and even then I just call them by a nickname unless I was talking to a teacher I wasn't cool with. The only time I called the wench's old man "Mr ____" was when I was taking the piss. I think if I was talking to someone like a boss, as Napalm said, then I would call them "Mr ____".
Nicknames and first name terms are so much better.

My idea of an ideal day?

This sounds like my ideal day, with additions to going to a park.
Hopeless Romantic
I'd spend it the same way I usually do when my parents are away. Wake up next to Jay, have amazing breakfast in bed. Watch a bit of TV and/or play games. Go into the city do a bit of shopping browse around our favorite shops, maybe go see a movie.. then go for a nice meal at the end of the day at our favorite place. Walk back up to the train station with his jacket over me because it's got cold, cuddle up next to each other on the train then back to my place (not forgetting to stop on the way up for a kiss or two along the way, especially under one of the street lights). Watch a movie and I usually end up falling asleep on him then off up to bed.
^Something we'll get to do a lot more of very soon when we move in together.
Second senario.
Having another day out down the beach with the family again. Don't think the whole family have been together since Christmas, and that's just like immediate family like father, brothers and sisters. Nice to have a day all together again. Miss my brothers..
We have so much fun down there too, they really are days we never forget. Pitch the tent up the campsite, set up mini camp on beach. Stepmother and friend get the BBQ going while my father, uncle, friend and I get the jet ski and speed boat into the water. Hours of fun in the sea with lots of BBQ food and alcohol. Toe up in the dark, flood the car and loose the keys. Get forced to jump fences to get back to tent, drink lots and have chats at early hours in the morning sitting on fold up chairs outside tent. Freeze ass off all night in tent. Wake up with a hangover, then repeat. Best summer days ever.

hmm, i can obviously think of some perfect, ridiculous day but for now i would like to pull off the 'jamirquoi day'.
basically, getting stupidly high in a dorm with mates, playing multiplayer on a DS or something, having loads of munch around and wearing big jamirquoi style hats whilst listening to jamirquoi.
god that would be so awesome
