Okay someone please answer this!

I've seen like 8 different people that have the titles that say Banned. Why is everyone writing banned as a user title? Is it like a tribute to Sovieto or something?

What do you mean by dupe?? If you mean a person is baned and comes back (Like that one chick who is probably a pedifile) Then i think they should get a IP ban.
