I'd recommend a 14 inch screen if you can find them.
My 15.4 runs 2 hrs 15 mins to death. Remember there's charging time involved.

Not bad at all, my 13.3 inch does 4.5 hours (with wireless).

I would personly go with
3GB Ram
Vista
>250GB HDD
256MB graphics card at the least I got a GeFroce 8400M
Webcam, mic
DVD drive, burner, scribe
Wireless internet BUILT IN
Widescreen
Look at USB ports and other ports. If you like entertainment and gaming go with more power from Graphix and more RAM. The laptop I have can go up to 4 GB if i want but 3 is good for now. Hope I helped. |

Hmmmm ya the specs I have is still good. My sisters Laptop has those specs above and more way more and all she does is college stuff and sometimes I play some movies on it.
Look rainbowii. You can get a crap laptop for like $700 to do the basic stuff well. If you give like $100-150 more you get a great laptop that will survive in the future. Look it might look cheap and nice now but when Technology heads forward you don't wanna be buying a new laptop every year. Get a good one and keep on to it. That or buy in expensive while somewhat expensive paper weight.

Nah I thought Frogger was a girl the first time I saw her post. But that was also because everyone called her Emma instead of Frogger.
I thought that Rach was a boy though because of the sigs and avy xD sorry!!!
