I was wondering why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.
His routine made me a bit disappointed in him. He's got a lot of isolation work in it, which is usually unanimously frowned upon by heavy lifters. But hell, if he can get away with it than who am I to tell a 250+ lb. man how to lift? The second thing I learned was that he is a natural ectomorph. Damn inspiring.

The extreme ectomorph physique is a fragile and delicate one. The bones are light, joints are small and muscles are slight. The limbs are relatively long in proportion and the shoulders droop. The ectomorph is a linear physique. Straight up and straight down, and may appear longer than he or she really is, due to the length of limbs coupled with lack of muscle mass developed on those limbs. The ectomorph is not naturally powerful and will have to work hard for every ounce of muscle and every bit of strength he or she can gain.
Other Ectomorph Traits
The extreme ectomorph may have long fingers, toes and neck are long. A pencil neck you could say. The features of the face are sharp, and the shape of the face is triangular. The lower jaw is somewhat receding. The skin tends to burn easily. Extreme ectomorphs may suffer from extremes of temperature. Due to the great body area in relation to muscle mass, the ectomorph may suffer from great heat, and due to low body fat, the ectomorph may suffer from great cold. The hair is fine and grows quickly and is sometimes difficult to keep in place.

There are three generalized body types: Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph. Due to variability, no one alive today is an *exact* definition of one of these terms, but the terms are still used because people are still dominant in one or the other.
Ectomorphs are your 'skinny' people. They have a hard time gaining weight and its easy for them to keep weight off due to their high metabolism. You know that kid that gets $10 worth of food at lunch but doesn't put on an ounce? He's an ectomorph. Being a 250 lb. ectomorph means that you have to eat an uncomprehensable amount of food. It would be impossible for most people without protein supplements or meal replacements.
An endomorph is the opposite of an exomorph. They gain weight easily and have a hard time getting it off, again, due to their (slower) metabolism. Endomorphs are naturally the heaviest and strongest body types. This is the kid that doesn't eat at lunch but still doesn't lose weight.
A mesomorph is usually the 'ideal' body for most males. They are a combination of the two previous body types. A mesomorph is almost as strong as an endomorph and has about the same body fat percentage as an exomorph. So he is thin AND muscular. This is 75% of your sports stars.
When Triple H said 'natural ectomorph,' he also meant that he does not use anabolic steroids.
I find that I get definition very easily when I lift/workout but I don't put on much weight. I lifted regularly for the first time last summer. Twice a week, ate out everyday basically stuffing myself. Went hiking a few times. Only put on 10 pounds over the entire summer and I lost that all a while back. We lifted for a few months when we came back to school but got busy/lazy. Hopefully I can get back into the routine again this summer.
