Camcorder Help

Hi, I'm looking to buy a new Camcorder.

Im looking for:
Supports SD
High Focal Length Ratio
Optical zoom 20x or higher (Digital doesn't matter)
Manual exposure control
Manual Focus
$350 or less

I'm not asking anyone to go looking for me I'm just asking if anyone has a camcorder that they found competitive and liked.

I like Sony for video cameras, personally. I have a pair of (long since discontinued) Sony Mini DV cameras that have had a long life thus far, and still hold spec as far as SD video.

Get a canon mini dvd camcorder. I don't know the prices of them, but my canon is awesome. Sony are also good, but Canon lens its a little bit better.
