Well no one wants to drink till they are retarded and if they do they are young and havent been through enough of "the morning after pain". As you get older you know your limit and the amount that your body can hold... a lot of people to drink to have a good time, to let loose. and some drink cuz that is there way to find courage. but its all for fun, the experience.

Find courage? I didn't know people drank poison to find courage.

At least drinking can be contained (as long as one doesn't attempt to drive), whereas other habits tend to affect other people.

Also, what do you need courage to do? Other moronic things?

For letting loose, when you get older and work becomes your life, a drink on the weekend is great for letting loose and forgeting about the week.

As for courage, a lot of people drink so cuz they find it to help them speak to girls or guys that they wouldnt normally do, cuz they are to shy or watever.

D: If it took alcohol to talk to them, wouldn't they be drunk too? So when you both sober up, you'll hate eachother? XD

I personally don't get hangovers.
And before I go out on nights, I usually drink some Vodka and Dr Pepper/cokes. (with Dr. P, it's lush <3)
Then I usually have a shot or 2 of sambucca, then just a couple of vodka and red bulls.
I don't get off my trolley, though. I find that pointless to make yourself ill and stuff.
Just have a laugh, really.

ahh sambucca, ever have them on fire? fill a shot with sambucca, light it on fire and drink it through a straw...and then for the real drunks then they turn the shot glass over shake it a bit and then tilt the glass a lil stick the straw in and suck the smoke out..done it a few times,,,burns like hell

Aha. The smoke as well?! Yeah I went to do it once, my mate pulled out his lighter and was trying to light it for 5 minutes - and then realised he had no lighter fluid.

Depending on how much it takes to acquire it, a glass of red wine is supposed to do good for the pounder.

I only drink a couple times a month now on the weekends. This is just the go out to the bar with frineds get a little buzzed and go eat some crappy Dennys or White Castle food to sober up and go home kinda drinking.

Normally for this kind of drinking I will drink some good import beers "never american beer besides a Sam Adams here and there" or a nice aged Whiskey to a top shelf Vodka. Rarely a mixed drink unless its acctually bad tasting alcohol and I have no other options, which acctually happens once in a while we like the hole in the corner kinda bars that seem to have a whole different kinda atmosphere.

Now on few occasions throughout the year I get straight up smashed. ha ha. This is the bring extra clothes and stay all night kind of nights. Always happens on Halloween at our friends house. My house on New Years and then my buddys house for the 4th of July.

On these nights I drink everything and anything! Cheap kegged american beer,cheep rum,jello shots whatever.
I rarely throw up drinking but the chances are higher this time of the year and I'm not about to spew a 65 dollar bottle of my whiskey in a back yard or down a toilet ha ha.
