Just need to drink a bit more, and around friends. It always works with me and everyone I've drank with.

I'm kinda on and off when I drink. Sometimes I'm pretty quiet and sometimes I do a lot of crazy stuff.

Usually on the craziest nights I end up throwing up at the end of the night though. Stupid spins.

Vodka, beer, wine, and moonshine. That's my lively hood in drinking. Though I usually mix moonshine.

I've always wanted to try Absinthe. Too bad it's illegal in the US.

Is that the green liquor that makes you hallucinate after a few shots?

I don't believe it's illegal to consume, you just have to order it from Canada.

I actually just checked online, and absinthe is sort of legal in the US now. It just can't have a certain amount of thujone in it. One example is the Lucid Absinthe Superieure. The only thing is that it comes with a hefty price...

Wow, that stuff is expensive. Just looked up some prices and it is generally around $200 a bottle...

At a place down the street from me (checked online) and for a 750mL, it's almost 70$. I guess it would be worth it to try it once...

Kahlua, mexican beer, moonshine, and cuba libre

It not illegal in the U.S....it was made legal last year and it DOENT make you hallucinate...the reason why people used to bug out when they drank it and claimed they saw a green fairy was because..ok..here we go...

when they made the drink u take a strainer and put a cube of sugar in it and they would put a tab of LSD and then pour the liqour of it into there glass..The LSD would make then hallucinate NOT the Absinthe.

And trust me that crap taste like ass

I corrected myself in the post after that, after I did some research on the internets.

I drink fairly regularly, though not as much as I used to. My brother runs a bar downtown, so that's my watering hole of choice. Generally I'll go with a pitcher of Magic Hat if I feel like beer, of vodka & tonic or screwdrivers if I'm going the mixed-drink route. For shots I go with Cuervo Black (Tequila) or whatever the bartender happens to want (got something called Apple Sauce the other night...$10 a pop...geeze). I also like Cuba Libre (rum & Coke with Lime), Mojitos, white russians...hell...I just like drinking (it makes me forget...heh).

My brother also has a signature shot/drink that's pretty good called a "Dirty Castro" (we're half-Cuban, hence the reference). I'm not sure what's in it, but it's basically cheap vodka, and as he says, a bunch of stuff to make you not taste it. It actually tastes like an alcoholic version of Hawaiian punch.

i like a good drink here and there, anything from; beer, cider, whisky, vodka, margarita, tequila, rum. what ever takes my fancy. I'm really into the imported mexican beer atm.

Vodka tho has to be a subzero temp. that really gets the heart pumping.

Madeira I think. If you like that try sherry or port...when you're old enough.

My friend went to France about 2 years back and brought back a nice bottle of Absinthe. Me and 3 of my friends split the entire bottle (Had about 5 shots each or so) and it gave us a very giddy, light, warm, tipsy type of buzz. I must admit, I was kinda disappointed that we didn't hallucinate. I didn't like the taste of it at all. It reminds me of strong black licorice. Anyways... it's all hype, it doesn't do anything really.

Oh and I do like Kahlua. Mango rum + coke is delish. Vodka + tonic is a new favorite too. Man, I hate to admit it but I've been abusing alcohol the past few months. Guess I might as well do it now before I get too old and knocked up and can't any more.
