Hmm, well, "pissed you off" sounds pretty extreme - from my perspective on a 1 - 10 scale (where 1 causes me to be only slightly less happy and 10 is where I take some radical action involving firearms).

I'd put being pissed off at about a 5-7 range.

So, there are plenty of things folks posted that mildly annoy me (call them 2-3's) but pissed off? Let's see:

Bad drivers - I'm not talking about the 5-10 overs, or the jerkoffs who won't let you in (people lacking common driving courtesy just makes me sad and maybe a 3). I'm talking about people exceeding the limit by 15 or 20 and weaving in and out of traffic, no signals, tailgating at high speeds.

Why? Because THIS endangers my family. I don't care what kind of asshole behavior you want to participate in that only endangers yourself, but when you cross the line and threaten the safety of other people, yeah, that pisses me off.

BTW, you're NOT a good driver because you can do stupid things like pass in the wrong/non lanes, or because you're driving 20 over. Watching the FatF 20 times and thinking you're the drift king does NOT make you a good driver. If you want to be a racer boy tough guy, come out to a track sometime and show your stuff.

as for myself
-The streets on NYC, to many damn tourists just standing around with ther thumbs up there a$$. Either move to the side or get the heck out of the way. Sidewalks get so damn crowded i rather walk in the street with moving cars.

I'd have to say getting worked by larger characters on Mario Kart has pissed me off most recently, outside of my bitchy little sister.
