I'm sorry, it would be impossible to do an essay without any sources (or at least in my experience). I would say you are ****ed unless you decide to write about something subjective that leads to an end.

haha junior high papers i remember doing this stuff ha why dont u just open up your history book pick a subject then go to wikipedia and reword whats there on your topic sure its plagiarism but its only junior high not like its a final for you masters
