I used to have a RAZR v3i, and it came with a USB data cable.
I just hooked my phone up to my computer, and the phone appeared as a new drive in 'My Computer'. Then I just clicked on it and navigated to the photos section.
If your phone didn't come with this cable, you'll definitely be able to get a Motorola or 3rd party one to use.
Orrrr, you can email the pictures to yourself, but that's kinda tedious and you'll be charged for it.

from the lack of details i can only presume your phone has bluetooth, computers purchased in the past year or so should have bluetooth capabilities and you would be able to send photos via that method.
Without knowing the exact model of your phone, i can't say for sure which cable you could use to attach your phone to your computer, but most Motorola's use a mini usb plug, which aren't to hard to get hold off.

I usually use Bluetooth to transfer pictures, videos, ringtones and wallpapers. Sometimes I shuttle them via the MicroSD card. I can also use the data cable but that's more-cumbersome.

FYI, the Razr has a Micro USB port - many phones now come with a Mini USB port (especially all the "smart" phones). You can also get a Micro-to-Mini converter and then use the [slightly] more standardized Mini-to-Standard USB cables you can generally find in any computer accessory store.
Motorola Phones Tools is a pretty good software solution for Razr connectivity - allows easy sync of contacts, files, converts images, gives you access to the phone "filesystem", etc.

I think it's about $30 or so, and can be bought bundled with a Micro USB cable for like $5 more.

Got the same thing off Amazon for like $5. That MPT thing is pretty handy, it can make your phone an internet modem, too.
