If you could use a time machine to go foward or backward in time what would you do?
I would:
Try to prevent JFK,MLK,and Lincolns assasinations (impossible)
Try to prevent 9/11 (like i could)
Study with Einstein
See myself in the future
Prevent myself from doing any stupid thing i can remember

I would find out the truth about every conspiracy.

I would also see the future. Not too interested in the past, other than the burning questions of the conspiracies.

Might also try and teach humans from eons ago about our science. Imagine the boost in technology we would have today...

Probably shouldn't mess around with the past. There's no way of knowing the future is going to be better if we stop assassinations, wars, or even slavery or the Holocaust.

Thats what i was thinking...but because of the outcome i could go back,but that could also prevent myself from even doing it therefore i never did it to begin with

I think its funny how people think that having a time machine can suddenly turn them into a hero. Even setting all the details aside, would that really make you want to risk your life? Everything is looking up for you; hell, you just got a time machine, so you're going to risk your life over it? It would indeed be noble, but I doubt many people would do it, for everyone's most prized possession is themselves.

I wouldn't use it all that much. I'd go back in time to fix some of my own minor problems, or perhaps to answer some curiosities I have about the past. I'd just live my life, aside from that.

I'd convince Hitler not to break his treaty with Russia and to kill Albert Einstein.

Surely that's on the proviso that a, you could get near him, b, convince or manipulate him into making that certain decision and c, that you wasn't actually killed before a or b.

id go back and buy that killer tshirt that my g/f convinced me not to buy.

I would take my mom back in time to see her dad (that she hadn't seen in over 20 years) a few days before he died.

You don't always have to use the time machine for yourself you know

Well, I would go forward in time, get all the coolest stuff I could, including gaming consoles, then go back in time to when Nintendo was young and give them the designs for all the consoles so they could patent them first.

No Competition. Ever. MWAHAHAHAHA.

And also find out some information to sell to people.
And answer all those questions that need answering.
